Rick holds an LLB with the University of South Africa (UNISA), a Master of Laws in Corporate Law, a Master in Project Management and a Master of Business Administration both with the University of Queensland.
Rick has over 30 years experience as a Legal advisor and Project Manager in both the local and international business landscape. With a steady and wise hand he advises and holds our clients through complex corporate legal huddles. He serves on our panel as a independent legal consultant for mergers and acquisitions and business rescue.

Jeff holds an LLB with (UNISWA), Master of Laws in Tax Law (Candidate with UCT).
Jeff provides expert counsel on medical malpractice claims, patient rights, healthcare compliance, and medico-legal ethics, ensuring that our clients receive sound, practical advice tailored to their needs.He serves on our panel as an independent legal consultant.

Dr Chaz holds a Doctorate of Philosophy in Business Administration and Management with the Durban University of Science and Technology. Dr Chaz has advised different entities on business management, Contract drafting and negotiation. He has extensive knowledge in contract negotiation, business structuring and restructuring. He serves on our panel as an independent consultant for complex corporate matters and contract negotiations.
